Stepper Motor Help

Hi everyone,
I came into the shop this morning and found out that our stepper motor (https://www.oyostepper.es/) is not running smoothly, can anyone help? I uploaded a video with this message but I don't know where it was uploaded... I'm trying to zero the x and y axis but I keep getting a jerking motion where it runs and stops for half a second then runs again and stops, etc. Does this happen with the stepper motors on all axes? Any suggestions?
